Fans named this player as the direct cause of a negative outcome. Examples: "Maguire gave away the penalty", "Ten Hag's formation cost us". Scores are amplified when the causer is blamed clearly.
Sympathy (Victim)
This player was on the receiving end of something — a foul, a bad decision, being dropped, or let down by teammates. Fans feel for them rather than against them.
Credit (Beneficiary)
Fans gave this player clear credit for a positive outcome — a goal, an assist, a key moment. Includes players who enabled something good to happen. This is the co-winner of a match moment.

Captivating Talking Points
I’ve said it many times before: Michael Keane is not a fantastic defender but would be an amazing striker for a Championship club
7.76 broadcast callout high specificity ▲ 7
Disagree. Keane hinders tarky. Neither have pace. Jarrad is immensely better carrying the ball forward from cb and letting tarky enforce behind, JB has the pace to recover. Garner is better in cm, Patterson is a right back.
7.76 broadcast callout high specificity ▲ 5
Branthwaite LB to fit our other CBs in is crazy to me. It'd be like moving Rooney out wide to make sure Kone could play through the middle
7.76 broadcast callout high specificity ▲ 10
Our three new signings linking up perfectly together. Sesko now has the most open play goals in the prem league in 2026, in half the time of the second place. And no doubt, Neville will still say something bad about him
6.75 broadcast callout high specificity ▲ 1
KDH had a stinker, can't put a cross in to save his life today Gana gueye just being Gana gueye Ndiaye had a stinker, didn't have much dribbles and can't connect a cross either Garners been quiet....not his fault tho, he's at RB. Same with Brantwaite but at LB Barry had a couple decent hold ups, but that's it and a pretty poor performance Tyrique George and Michael Keane the only 2 shots all…

"We barely got away with a point last time and everyone with eyes could see it wasn't working without Sesko there to win headers and generate space. We had over 2 weeks to prepare for this game and we go and do the same exact thing. Carrick's only changes to the team since he arrived have been forced by injuries. "We’ve traded Mainoo in jail for sesko in jail"
Let the manager cook man. Sesko has been playing well off the bench and Bryan has been doing well up top. When he thinks we need to change it he will +
Nah thats bull. Sesko has value and gets minutes.
This is what Boro fans said about Carrick. He has a plan and he sticks with it. I don't see Sesko starting unless there is another injury to the front 4
I think it’s partly man management, or I’m giving Carrick benefit of the doubt. Every time we bring in a young player on a huge fee, especially a forward, they eventually get crushed by the overwhelming pressure put on them by a fee they did not choose, no mature player to develop under/behind, a history that’s hard to live up to, and then move on as an apparent flop. I think letting them systematically build confidence is something we often overlook, and something I hope benefits us in the long run
Sesko is a talent that needs to be nurtured. We cannot make the same mistakes as with Hojlund and Garnacho.
At least Kobbie clearly had a fit issue in Amorims system. He didn’t play well when he was given the chance. Sesko has been our best goal scorer despite only getting 15-25 minute cameos. He wasn’t bought to be a super sub, It makes no sense to continue to bench him.
It's not even 15-25 minutes though. In the games under Carrick he played 10, 17, 16 and 22 ( when he came in way too late) for an average of 16.25 minutes a game. And scored 2 goals which makes for 1 goal per 33 minutes played.
There must be a tactical reasoning why Carrick keeps the same team. I think he wants to wear out the opponent first so that Sesko can have better space at the later stage of the game.
Wear them out how? Having them fall asleep from not having to defend?
You see my point now? Good result for a sluggish game +
"Genuinely shocked no Sesko. The first time I’ve been disappointed in Carrick."
He should've started the last 2 games. Criminal not to start him now.
Don't be silly. Let's play experience and ease the young uns in. No need to ruin the lads confidence by burdening him with the expectation.
>ease the young uns in Sesko has barely started and yet delivers every time he comes on. How much more would you need to ease him in ?
So he is an effective sub? Hmmm....
doing too much now. players performing well and still not getting picked. poor from carrick.
Honestly, I swear this sub sometimes...
LOL, so now we need to ease in players after 60% of the season?
No, we need to play our strongest team in every game and make sure we qualify for the champions League.
Amad has been poor for the past 3 or 4 matches, he can be dropped for Sesko, don't be daft. Sesko has shown he is needed, especially against these low block teams. Had Carrick put him in earlier last game maybe we woul;ve won
You want to play Sesko right wing?
"What does Sesko have to do to start?"
what has anyone starting done to be benched ?
What has Amad done to get into starting XI everytime?
Against a lkw block, we struggled at West Ham. We need Sesko to start and give us a different option, but lets see
Not more than Sesko over the past 2 months. Sesko has like 5 goals in his last 6 games and has mostly come on as a sub. He won 4 points for us in the last 2 games. He didn’t deserve to get dropped initially but I kind of get it with games against city and Arsenal but Cunha, Mbeumo or Amad anyone can be dropped for Sesko in a game which demands physicality.
Did you watch the West Ham game?
It's not about who deserves to be benched. It's about who is the right option for today's opponent. A team that works against one style of play isn't necessarily the best fit for the next game. We've clearly seen that we need Sesko against low blocks I'd have Amad as the impact sub. I actually think his style is more suited to beating a low block than Mbeumo, but Mbeumo's finishing is invaluable and Amad wasn't great last game, so having him as the second half spark could be the way.
Only drawing with West Ham and being pretty awful as an attacking force in that match. It didn't work with Mbuemo up front, and it's fair to think it won't work again tonight
Both Cunha and Amad can be benched in favor of Sesko imo. They have done very little leading up to this game while Sesko has been scoring on a regular. He looks like a proper threat.
Amad was poor against west ham and sesko scored a last minute equalizer. Id say thats enough
Neither Amad or Cunha were that great against West Ham. Also rewarding someone who has scored 4 in his last 6 shouldn't require someone else to have a bad performance.
"No sesko"
No duh
Who to drop for him?
Cunha
You're acting like all of the attack were so good the last game, that it's unthinkable anyone could be dropped
Cunha. He works best on the counter, carrying the ball in transition. He’s not as effective against a low block. We need a focal point.
Yes but at LW are mbeumo or amad better than Cunha?
You can drop Amad, move Mbeumo in his natural position on the wing and Sesko upfront
Cunha's ass
![gif](giphy|iSxPmDWr97248)
Lolol goldfish memory or what? He literally scored the winner at the Emirates
"Everyone can see that the first two names on the sheet after Pickford should be Branthwaite at CB and Garner at CM, that Armstrong isn't a winger, that Gana shouldn't be starting, and that playing wit"
I wonder what pressure Moyes has or is feeling from the board. The way he's setting up you would think he's fighting for his life and not wanting to lose at all costs. All it's ending up in is dead boring football that the fans are starting to turn on. I love Moyes and think he's done a stellar job stabilising us in this recent stint, but if he continues to refuse to play the players the club has invested in and keeps playing people out of position I can only see the him losing the fans and then the board moving on from him.
Which actual full backs though?
Needs to put faith in the players we have. Can’t be playing our best players out of position. I just wonder how bad must someone like patto be in training where Moyes doesn’t even seem to consider him
How many managers have to not rate Patterson before people realise he's just not good enough
You are right. But even a dibling or an aznou haven’t got any sort of opportunity this season. Moyes just seems to put the more senior players in the squad, like gana who hasn’t been great since afcon. Does surprise me as it’s totally opposite to what he was doing first time around. Even Armstrong here is the exception but he’s out of position
Now that I’ve wrote this comment I’ve now realised I actually have no idea what goes on in Moyes’ head when picking the team
I said this in a thread recently and got jumped on. He prefers experience over young players
Then why the fuck is he still at the club at the close of every window? If he's not going to be used, why have we not replaced him with someone who can contribute? We seem to be able to sign a player in every position except right back.
Probably here as no one else wants him Fuck knows why we haven't signed a proper right back when we have needed one for years. Please God its sorted in the summer
Oliver Glasner in the summer?

I’m not Moyes out but I’m tired of people acting like it’s heresy to say he’s not getting the most out of this team. He is constantly playing players out of position and making subs too late.

They are playing low block counter meaning we have to do more crossing meaning sesko needs to be on. You’re welcome

No players allowed in 6 yard box during a corner should be a rule. I know that would cut about 1/3 of Arsenal points down next season, but this shit is ugly ass football.

Tarkowski: *gets a yellow for pushing someone down during a corner* Tarkowski: *does the exact same thing next corner without punishment*

I hate it when players don't get rewarded for their performances off the bench. What message does it send? Without Sesko Carricks unbeaten run is in the bin. Deserved to start today 100%

See what happens when you play players out of position moyes? Absolute joke again. Branthwaite at CB catches that all day and we don't concede. WHY IS GANA STILL ON THE PITCH. Shouldn't be anywhere near the starting lineup. United have been shite and they'd be here for the ta…
