How these roles work
Blamed (Causer)
Fans named this player as the direct cause of a negative outcome. Examples: "Maguire gave away the penalty", "Ten Hag's formation cost us". Scores are amplified when the causer is blamed clearly.
Sympathy (Victim)
This player was on the receiving end of something — a foul, a bad decision, being dropped, or let down by teammates. Fans feel for them rather than against them.
Credit (Beneficiary)
Fans gave this player clear credit for a positive outcome — a goal, an assist, a key moment. Includes players who enabled something good to happen. This is the co-winner of a match moment.

Agreed Big-T has to start Jesus is no where near a premier league striker we are toothless with him and defenders are on a half day with him on the pitch Big T baby he has the form for keeping us up
I don’t mind a wrong pass or an extra touch, what I can’t stand is the 30 seconds we hold the ball up before a pass allowing their defense to settle.
Physical mistakes happen, but this seems like a horrible mental mistake which is less forgiving

@nffckez @nffc_316 @NFFC Yes, bit more his style game wasn't it, was physical and had good protection around him. Helped that Aina was improved today too.
@NFFC We simply can’t score goals. Selling Elanga and buying a load of crap is killing us. For whatever reason, Jesus isn’t going to score goals in the Premier League. Aina made the best attacking run and shot at goal in 90mins from a Murillo pass.

◆ Hidden Gems — Buried by the Algorithm
@FulhamFC This game and the last couple of weeks have been a huge disappointment. Something is wrong when we can’t beat bottom of the table teams.
@MarsdenRam @nffc1865__ @NFFC find it absolutely hilarious how wrong you are, VAR wasn’t actually used once in that game
Why does everybody look absolutely knackered. Chuk looks like he’s played a full 90 about 3 mins after he’s come on. Iwobi just looks disinterested. Josh king is a great technical footballer but he just doesn’t actually create anything
@emseditorial @NFFC It took them long enough to show anything. As usual, the commentators were all wanting a Fulham win.
@Godchild1967 @NFFC IDK, he’s not making good runs. He’s had half chances and has been fluffing them. That Shearer/Lineker ability to get into goal scoring positions and make a shot out of a quick moment, just isn’t there. Big T looked better.
@NFFC Don't get me wrong I love Yatesy but wtf?
So we see the miles of side graphic but not the really close one that leads to the goal being disallowed. Premier League shambles. Was happier when we were in the Championship.
Never been more glad to be wrong!
Watching the highlights. If Jesus had just given Dominguez shot a little flick he’d have scored. Just lacks that selfish killer instinct.
what is the point in playing igor jesus he does nothing. need to start luca or awoniyi.
jesus is so useless on and off the ball always in the wrong position and cant do anything against prem defenders
◆ Algo-Amplified — Boosted Without Substance
He was offside sadly. They showed the graphic
Dan Ndoye scores for Forest, but following a VAR check is offside.
Hutchinson is such a frustrating player! Why does he cut back 69,000 times before trying a cross.
Big T massively more dangerous than Jesus (I'd still love to see them play together) and Ndoye looked good
I don't want Dominguez to be subbed off on the 60 minute mark like usual, let him keep playing. he deserve it more than most.
Honestly, if I see Jesus play the next game over Taiwo, I’ll be fuming. His hold up play is insane. A proper outlet.
it’s statistically proven that taiwo awoniyi will score if you kick the ball at him in the box enough times
Jesus more threat from Fulham from one cross then anything from us so far this is depressing
Start Taiwo, always said Jesus seemed like the player you’d bring on after 60 which he would be if Wood had been fit.
We have all given Jesus support, but he just isn't cut out to be playing as our 9 in the Prem.
Feels like every year Fulham go on a super hot mid season streak driven by a random player (Wilson, Rodrigo Muniz etc) then completely give up and coast for the rest of the season

Will these commentators ever call out the blatant cheating of players feigning head injuries, fucking shocking
You lot think a False 9 MGW would do us any good? Seems to have the best finishing, might be our best hope.

Fan Narratives
Nottingham Forest Fans Vent Over Relegation Battle
Emerging
Controversial
Nottingham Forest supporters are expressing frustration over what appears to be poor tactical decisions and weak performance, with particular criticism directed at substitution choices and managerial decisions as the club struggles with their relegation fight. The discussion reflects a fanbase losing patience during a crucial period, with complaints about ineffective football and questionable strategic calls dominating the discourse.
Relegation Battle Intensifies As Spurs Wobble
Emerging
Fans are dissecting a crucial match involving teams caught in a desperate fight to avoid the drop, with particular focus on Tottenham's perilous position on goal difference and their gruelling fixture list against top-six sides. There's heated debate about performance quality versus results, with some arguing poor finishing and mentality are the real problems regardless of managerial setup.
Jesus Can't Finish - Squad Needs A Proper Striker
Fans are frustrated that Igho Jesus, despite his excellent link-up play and work rate, consistently fails to deliver goals when it matters, leaving them convinced the club needs a genuine goalscorer to compete at the highest level. There's broad agreement that Jesus would be better suited to European football as a supporting forward, with former striker Awoniyi being widely preferred as the primary Premier League option.
Nottingham Forest Fans Fuming Over Goalless Draw Crisis
Controversial
NFFC supporters are absolutely seething after another match without scoring, with fans convinced the club's failure to buy a proper striker is sending them down to the Championship despite decent performances. The mood is poisonous – there's genuine fear that even winnable games like this one are being thrown away because the squad simply cannot finish chances.
Divided Opinion on Dull Match Display
Fans are fundamentally split on whether this was tedious, toothless football or genuinely entertaining — with some praising the physical, long-ball approach whilst others found it utterly boring and poorly executed. Technical issues with broadcasts add to viewer frustration, but the core tension is whether this constitutes acceptable Premier League football or a waste of ninety minutes.
Palace's Home Form Crisis Deepens Again
Emerging
Crystal Palace fans are in despair after another poor performance, with just one goal in their last six home matches highlighting a catastrophic attacking problem that's leaving them unable to score even against weaker opposition. The mood is bleak and frustrated, with supporters questioning everything about the team's ability to compete, though some are venting their anger at refereeing decisions and perceived broadcaster bias rather than accepting the harsh reality of their side's form.
Wasteful Finishing and Cowardly Final Third Play
Fans are furious that despite creating chances, the team repeatedly fails to capitalise, with players passing backwards instead of shooting and attackers refusing to commit in dangerous areas. The overall frustration centres on a lack of clinical execution and poor decision-making in the final third, combined with a perceived defensive vulnerability that makes their attacking hesitancy even more infuriating.
Forest's Survival Hopes Hang by a Thread
Fans are locked in debate about whether Nottingham Forest can escape relegation, with most believing they're doomed due to catastrophic strikeforce form, whilst others highlight that a crucial point against Spurs keeps their survival mathematically alive heading into a tense final stretch. The consensus is brutal: Forest have the chances but cannot finish them, making their relegation feel inevitable rather than merely possible.
Microscopic Offside Call Divides Fan Base
Emerging
Fans are furious about an offside decision so marginal that it barely registers to the naked eye, with many arguing the replays didn't properly show the infringement and questioning whether VAR got it right. The controversy centres on whether a goal was legitimately ruled out or whether officials made a catastrophic error on a decision that could've cost a team three points.
Toothless Attack Frustrates Fans in Stalemate
Fans are exasperated by their team's complete inability to find the back of the net, with multiple posts highlighting a shocking goalscoring drought spanning hundreds of minutes and several matches. The mood is darkly comedic resignation—they're joking they might actually survive the season through nil-nil draws whilst simultaneously venting about missing sitter after sitter.
Start Taiwo
Emerging
**Title:** Taiwo Starting Striker Debate Divides Fanbase
**Summary:** Fans are split on whether Taiwo should be the club's primary striker given injuries to key players and a summer of expensive sign
Consistent Collapse – Fans Lose Patience Fast
Emerging
Supporters are venting frustration at their team's dreadfully poor performance across multiple matches, with complaints about lack of quality, tactical laziness, and scrappy play that's become a recurring problem rather than a one-off bad day. The negativity cuts deep because the squad knows they need wins in their run-in but appear completely disengaged on the pitch.
Ndoye Offside Controversy Splits Fan Opinion
Controversial
Fans are divided over whether Dan Ndoye was genuinely in an offside position when he scored against them, with some accepting VAR's call whilst others insist he was onside and their team was robbed. Beyond the refereeing debate, there's broader discussion about Ndoye's tendency to drift into offside positions and questions about his overall quality as a player.
Fulham Fans Rally Despite Mixed Performance Concerns
Emerging
Controversial
Fulham supporters are showing up with backing for their team during what appears to be a patchy spell, mixing encouragement with frustration over tactical switches and defensive lapses. The fanbase remains committed but there's clear tension between optimism and the reality of inconsistent performances on the pitch.
Refereeing Chaos and Clinical Finishing Woes
Controversial
Fans are furious about what they believe was a wrongly disallowed corner kick, with several convinced the officials made a clear error on a double-hit call. Beyond the refereeing drama, there's frustration that despite improved attacking play and solidity at the back, the team is squandering chances and failing to convert the opportunities they're creating.
Yates Substitution Sparks Mixed Reaction
Emerging
Fans are debating the decision to bring Yates on for MGW, with supporters appreciating his aggressive work rate and physical commitment despite doubts about sacrificing their top goalscorer. The discussion reveals a split view—some rate his energy and winning presence, whilst others question the tactical logic of the swap.
Fulham's Late Season Collapse Amid Player Burnout
Emerging
Fulham fans are expressing deep frustration over a dramatic loss of form in the final stretch of the season, with many blaming the players for downing tools rather than manager Marco Silva, whilst simultaneously questioning the club's transfer strategy and openly discussing Silva's inevitable departure. The overwhelming sentiment is one of resignation—a sense that this squad has mentally checked out of the season, with some fans suggesting it might actually be better for everyone if the manager leaves immediately.
Fans Lose Patience With Squad Performance
Emerging
Supporters are expressing intense frustration—likely directed at a specific player or tactical decision—with raw, exasperated language that signals genuine disappointment rather than constructive criticism. The overwhelmingly negative sentiment suggests a breaking point has been reached amongst the fanbase, with calls for change becoming increasingly vocal.
Managerial Chaos And Player Accountability Collide
Fans are torn between blaming the club's revolving door of four managers this season and accepting that the players themselves simply aren't good enough, with many demanding the squad be gutted in the summer whilst warning that next week's match could be the final nail in their survival hopes. The discussion exposes a fractured fanbase searching for someone—anyone—to blame whilst the team lurches towards potential relegation.
Anderson's Positioning Problem Divides Fan Opinion
Fans are frustrated with Anderson's lack of impact in midfield, with many arguing he's positioned too deep and defensively-minded, failing to influence the game or provide attacking support when the team needs it most. The consensus suggests he should be deployed in a more advanced role as an attacking midfielder rather than sitting as a defensive anchor, as his current usage is leaving a glaring gap between defence and attack.
Hutchinson's Frustrating Performance Divides Fanbase
Emerging
Controversial
Fans are heavily criticising Hutchinson's decision-making and execution in a recent match, particularly his reluctance to deliver crosses and his poor ball retention in crucial moments. The discussion reveals deep frustration with his inconsistency, with supporters questioning whether he's capable of delivering at the required level despite earlier promise.
Nottingham Forest Squad Rotation and Europa League Debate
Nottingham Forest fans are divided on whether the club should rest players ahead of a Europa League fixture, with some arguing the competition should be deprioritised in favour of Premier League form. The broader conversation touches on the club's inconsistent attacking output and some heated banter with rival supporters, particularly regarding Coventry City.
Big T Debate Divides Fan Opinion
Fans are split on whether a player nicknamed "Big T" deserves more starting opportunities, with some backing him as a transformative force whilst others question what he's actually contributed on the pitch. It's a classic case of passionate advocacy meeting sceptical scrutiny, with neither side particularly dominant in the conversation.
Fans Unite Against VAR's Inconsistent Decision-Making
Premier League supporters are expressing widespread frustration with VAR's inconsistency and its perceived ability to ruin matches through marginal calls and poor editorial decisions in replays. The discourse centres on specific controversial decisions—particularly those involving Liverpool—with fans arguing that VAR is actively killing the enjoyment and flow of the game rather than improving it.
Frustration at Wasted Chances, Level at Half-Time
Fans are lamenting their side's poor finishing despite dominating periods of play, with the match locked at 0-0 going into the break. There's a sense that the team did the hard work but squandered clear opportunities that could have put them ahead before the interval.
Tight Offside Call Divides Fan Opinion
Fans are dissecting a marginal offside decision, with most unconvinced the goal should've been ruled out—they're sarcastically debating whether tiny details like shoelaces and toenails should factor into such tight VAR calls. The consensus leans towards frustration that the decision felt unjust, though the exact circumstances remain contested amongst the group.
Injury Fears and Defensive Selection Chaos
Controversial
Fans are anxiously monitoring Murillo's hamstring injury whilst simultaneously debating who should partner him in a back three, with several players coming under criticism for their performances. The discussion reveals genuine concern about defensive depth, particularly around Williams and Morato's reliability in crucial matches.
Bassey Soft Play Gets Fans Fuming
Fans are absolutely livid that referee Bassey appears to be getting soft free kick decisions that their own strikers aren't receiving, with supporters convinced there's a glaring double standard in how fouls are being adjudicated. The consensus is brutal—they reckon Bassey's diving around like he's made of glass whilst their players are getting nothing for legitimate challenges.
VAR Offside Calls Too Tight, Fans Demand Rule Change
Fans are furious that VAR is ruling out goals for marginal offside decisions measured in millimetres or centimetres, arguing the technology has become absurdly pedantic and defeats the spirit of giving attackers the benefit of the doubt. They're calling for either a significant change to the offside rule itself—requiring players to be a yard clear—or a return to referee judgement calls with VAR only as a backup option for genuinely unclear situations.
Fans Divided Over Whether Team Can Deliver
Fans are expressing cautious optimism mixed with deep scepticism about their team's recent performance, with some finally convinced by a show of quality whilst others remain unconvinced after too long a wait. The discussion captures that classic football moment where hope clashes with hard-earned cynicism—everyone's watching closely to see if this is genuine improvement or just another false dawn.
Aina's Worldie Effort Nearly Breaks the Net
Controversial
Fans are dissecting a spectacular long-range strike from Aina that rattled the crossbar and woodwork, with most impressed by the quality of the attempt despite it narrowly missing. The wider consensus is that had the shot dropped just slightly lower, it would've been a genuine goal-of-the-month contender, though a few free kicks from the same phase of play drew considerably less enthusiasm.
Aina's Near Miss Overshadows Refereeing Frustrations
Controversial
Fans are buzzing about Takehiro Aina's performance down the left flank, particularly a shot that came agonisingly close to finding the net, with supporters recognising him as an underrated fullback who's stepped up his game under the new manager. The discussion is tempered by frustration at refereeing decisions and narrow misses that could have changed the match entirely, though there's a sense that things are gradually clicking into place tactically.
The Striker Dilemma: Talent Versus Fitness
Controversial
Fans are divided on whether an out-of-form striker should be given more playing time, with some arguing he transforms the team's attacking threat whilst others question his fitness levels, work rate, and whether he can genuinely make a difference at Premier League intensity. The core tension is whether he's criminally underused or simply not ready to deliver when called upon.
Nottingham Forest Fans Rage Over Offside Calls
Nottingham Forest supporters are fuming after a goal was disallowed for offside in their 0-3 defeat, with fans expressing intense frustration at what they perceive as incorrect refereeing decisions and questioning whether the call was genuinely offside. The overwhelmingly negative reaction reveals deep scepticism about VAR accuracy and the inconsistency of how offside rulings are being applied in the match.
McAtee Slammed For Frustrating Performance Display
Fans are absolutely fuming with James McAtee's display, with supporters labelling him ineffective, casual, and a waste of money after a particularly poor showing on the pitch. The negativity is intense and widespread, with supporters left genuinely exasperated by what they're witnessing from the midfielder.

"Big T starts every prem match until the end of the season so long as he's fit.

Only reason I disagree is that I'm hoping Wood will be fit sometime in April but until then I need Taiwo to start. Jesus can come on for him if Taiwo is getting tired or he can start alongside him but he can't be our sole starting striker apart from in midweek because Taiwo isn't part of our Europa League squad for some reason.
↳
But we are then hoping a player who has been out for 6 months is going to hit the ground running.
↳
If he doesn't we're likely relegated.
Agreed. T needs love. Give him starts and back him. He's already proven he's the man for big occasions in the past. He can be a threat and a real handful when he's confident.
Its night and day with him up front, he has to be starting now.
↳
To be fair to Jesus, we changed the formation and how we played when T came on, that wasn’t the same for Jesus, but I’m happy to try T against spuds, Jesus might be more effective against tired legs
much more of a threat but his lack of a press / any effort to close down defenders off the ball drives me mad
↳
It's certainly not the effort with taiwo and something else. He absolutely loves chasing down defenders but is clearly saving himself
I don't care if his fitness only allows him to last 60 minutes. He must start.
↳
You’re being optimistic he can even play 60 lmao. There’s a reason we see him for 30 minutes max
"6 inches from a win. Sad. "
"6 inches from a win. Sad. "
Way less than 6
↳
If that's way less than six, I've got bigger (or smaller) issues than our poor form
↳
Sorry to hear that comrade, for you it was 6”
↳
That's more like it
↳
Aina hitting the bar, Ndoye can't stay inside to save our season. Millimeters, fucking millimeters. I'm actually excited for the Wenger offside in the Canadian Premier League this season.
↳
6 inches is always debatable though right?
↳
More like 12 inches
↳
I guess offside is somewhere you wouldn't want 12 inches.
"Honestly, if I see Jesus play the next game over Taiwo, I’ll be fuming. His hold up play is insane. A proper outlet."
"Honestly, if I see Jesus play the next game over Taiwo, I’ll be fuming. His hold up play is insane. A proper outlet."
Taiwo doesn’t have the fitness to start games. Have you no memory of the last 2 years?
↳
Mate, Jesus has 2 goals in THIRTY games. Think about that for one second.
I’ll bet my house Taiwo would’ve had the best part of 10 goals given the same minutes while blowing out his arse.
Jesus has great hold up though? The criticism is surely a lack of goals?
↳
None of the balls that reached Taiwo today Jesus would’ve held up. At all.
↳
We wouldn’t sit so deep and hoof it so far from minute 1 though. He only received such high and long balls because the team was playing like it was defending a 1-0 lead for some reason.
↳
Jesus isn’t good at anything — he held up fuck all in that game
Awoniyi was better by all measures
↳
He would have an assist if ‘£100m Anderson’ could shoot with his left foot?
↳
Indeed. Literally his job - find the back of the net.
"Awoniyi over jesus every day of the week "
"Awoniyi over jesus every day of the week "
taiwo made a huge difference but that doesn’t change the fact the guy cannot finish. had two or three big chances and didn’t look like scoring any of them.
Until he’s dead on his feet after 30 minutes. This Taiwo revisionism glaze is absolutely mental
↳
We have all given Jesus support, but he just isn't cut out to be playing as our 9 in the Prem.
↳
Not as a lone striker at least. The jury is still out on whether he could be part of an effective duo though. I'd like to see that at least tried but I dont think there are going to be many/any chances this season.
↳
Not really revisionism more that Jesus is absolute shit and we have no one else
It’s not even fucking close. It’s criminal that he he’s barely played. We should’ve been building up his fitness with minutes.
"what is the point in playing igor jesus he does nothing. need to start luca or awoniyi.
jesus is so useless on and off the ball always in the wrong position and cant do anything against prem defender"
"what is the point in playing igor jesus he does nothing. need to start luca or awoniyi.
jesus is so useless on and off the ball always in the wrong position and cant do anything against prem defender"
I actually think we should try Jesus with Awoniyi. See if they can make it a Heskey and Owen type thing where one does the battling to set up the other.
I realise this means Awoniyi needs to become prime Owen in this situation.
But why not try it.

people cant keep defending this guy. he is a striker and is playing like a midfielder. useless
you can fuck off with lucca
↳
1 goal 120 mins playtime in the prem. igor jesus has played 871 minutes since he last scored in the prem. 29 games, 5 g/a as a striker and you still want to defend this guy no wonder we are in a relegation scrap.

didn’t i tell you to fuck off about lucca

Genuinely don't understand what's been going on with this team lately. They just seem switched off/unmotivated when they have everything to play for

I’d opt for Jesus in Europe, Big T in Prem.

Please start Taiwo the rest of the season. He has done so much more than Jesus has in this game. Opposing CBs can basically take the day off when Jesus is on the pitch.

The subs and change in shape in the second half did actually make me think we could get on the scoresheet for a while.

For goodness sake Fulham, you had one job! You better hope for all our sakes that Liverpool thump Spurs.

I don’t think goal difference vs West Ham is going to matter. They’re gaining points much faster than us. Spurs are our best hope of staying up.

Ndoye is genuinely just a very stupid footballer. A professional wide forward cannot possibly be so chronically offside while gaining absolutely no advantage from playing so close to the line.

VAR should be able to give retrospective cards for minimal contact and players getting the game stopped for potential head injury

I want to see T start against Spurs. Bully them and stand by him, it's not like anyone else is scoring. He's capable. This isn't the situation for anything fancy, just give them a fucking battle.

Honestly this ruins the sport. There’s nothing better than the joy when your team scores. The fact it can get ruled out by some spod in a van two minutes later is just garbage.

@NFFC Since Everton at home last season this team has struggled to score goals. This is a problem that 200Million hasn’t solved. This is the same team as last season less Wood (injured) and Elanga (sold).
