How these roles work
Blamed (Causer)
Fans named this player as the direct cause of a negative outcome. Examples: "Maguire gave away the penalty", "Ten Hag's formation cost us". Scores are amplified when the causer is blamed clearly.
Sympathy (Victim)
This player was on the receiving end of something — a foul, a bad decision, being dropped, or let down by teammates. Fans feel for them rather than against them.
Credit (Beneficiary)
Fans gave this player clear credit for a positive outcome — a goal, an assist, a key moment. Includes players who enabled something good to happen. This is the co-winner of a match moment.

Captivating Talking Points
I think we can all agree that it was a shocking match for the ref. But I have to give it to our players for not just sitting back but actually pressing until the end. Always tough to go a man down and they showed passion. With that said, where the fuck was that in the first half....

We weren't great especially in the first half, but this is 2 games in a row we've been absolutely shafted by these incompetent Premier league refs.
Their first goal shouldn't have counted and the red card was a joke.

Roy Keane just got it absolutely spot on at half time:

I cannot believe Carrick went into that second half without making any changes. That was the biggest red flag. You can start a game poorly but when the opportunity is there to correct it you do it.

@insertgenericusernamehere2402why do spectators need to sponsor Leeds! In case you weren't following the game VAR told the ref about the incident. It had NOTHING to do with Leeds other than DCL had his hair "ever so slightly pulled". I actually agree it was no violent conduct but I'm not a VAR moron that thinks a contact sport should not have any …
Somebody should explain to you what a clear and obvious error is and how not to be disingenuous but haters will be haters
@Jonny_Rico1 How can it not be intentional? Looking at the replay, he actually had two grabs at it. It wasn't violent but it's absolutely intentional. You can't be letting that sort of stuff slide.
I think the people making these rule books have either never played the game or they're genuinely at the wind up. What annoys me even more is even the likes of the pundits don't just come out and be critic about it in case they get in trouble. Utter woke nonsense! We're gonna look back at our game in 50 years and think where did it all go wrong 😢
When I was a teenager in the 1970's pulling hair was a girl thing. What has gone wrong with footballers who play in front of thousands in the ground and cameras everywhere as well as VAR. How do they think it will not be picked up? Too much money for nothing. Sad too the fans pay for them rather than save up and help their children in life.
not why you lot lost anyways
and to the Utd fans who think someone like Keane is wrong to say he ain't good enough, you're deluded and clueless 😆
but please keep him as manager
Whatever Neville says. Do the opposite. He’s wrong on so much. That’s why Keane and Carragher disagree with him all the time
@MotherHen2012 no excuses, leeds deserved the win, United were actually better with 10. I'm just bored of the way the game is going. I grew up watching Keane Vs. Viera and now we see this descibed as violent? Games gone, might as well watch netball
@ManUtd You start with Ugarte, Amad and Sesko what could go wrong. Its clear Carrick hasn't a clue
@ManUtd Starting ugarte was the most shocking decision Carrick could ever make. What's the point of Mason Mount should have attacked from minute one shocking game wrong mentality hate those players.
◆ Algo-Amplified — Boosted Without Substance
I am absolutely done with Gary Neville. Martinez has barely grabbed anything and Neville is acting like he’s tried to rip his hair off. Joke
Day 5000 of requesting that Gary Neville stops commentating on United matches, what a prick
Id also rather drag your balls across broken glass than listen to Gary Neville commentate on another game
Btw Neville applauded DCL for "doing just enough" here, and later mocked Licha for questioning the red card
Might be a Utd legend but he's a fucking arsehole nowadays. Just goes along with the anti-Utd shite you get from Sky all the time
I can't stand to listen to former Reds (to the ones who are most on TV in any case) and Neville is the worst of them, with Scholes being a close second. I just can't listen to it.
Not only clear foul, but on the replay with the angle focusing Yoro, you can see he is right in line with the ball and is about to head it away. He gets completely shoved out of the way with an arm to his face.
How can anyone review this goal and think, oh yeah goal stands. Unfucking believable
Celtic fan here, great game from you guys
i was commenting on the live bit you have on here and had a good laugh with some of the comments
just wanna say you guys played great, you’s could’ve embarrassed them by half time, but most importantly you rattled the fuck out of them!!
Best of luck for the rest of the season, that was a great watch, an…
United could win the league and Neville would go on about how he’s not sure they can do it again because he doesn’t see how long the manager/players can get away without being found out as a team that only wins because they score more goals than they concede or some crap.
carrick had it all wrong (before the red card). so tactically stale it was bizarre. where was the positional rotation? where were the adjustments? just miserable
We said something against Bournemouth and then an independent panel said that nothing was wrong with the decision so what’s the point? lol
We investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong
◆ Broke Through — Quality That Beat the Algorithm
I think we can all agree that it was a shocking match for the ref. But I have to give it to our players for not just sitting back but actually pressing until the end. Always tough to go a man down and they showed passion. With that said, where the fuck was that in the first half.…
🚨 Carrick got it WRONG! We're LIVE! https://t.co/fh6ETKNsXN https://t.co/QlsIVfisPL
"He just does enough Calvert Lewin" = elbowing Yoro in the head
Just fuck off Neville. Imagine the crying he'd be doing if Sesko or Cunha did that to a Leeds defender
Gary "im actually an expert on hair pulling" Neville is a melt.
Keane said the challenge on Leny was "fair" at half time.
The ex United players on punditry only hurts us.
Neville is unbearable on Sky. He’s trying so hard not to seem biased he’s just flat out wrong half the time.

"1st Goal was definitely a fault"
"Worst refereed game I’ve seen in a while. It’s ridiculous there was a foul the first goal should have been ruled out and the hair pull anyone else would have got a yellow."
"If fouls are given for the challenge on Yoro from Calvert Lewin might as well take contact out of the game. The sending off i dont want red ards given for that but if Keane was sentoff he has to go.
Last point Leeds were value for the win and could easily have been 4 up at HT."
"the english club Leeds united, all its play draw or loss but when played against manchester united became look like grendizer...."
"First goal - faul on Yoro. Red card - VAR referee looking really hard to find anything on our players, probably chelsea or liverpool fan..."
"I see comments like beg Casemiro to stay when he cost you both goals from his unawareness also if nobody is bold enough to say it, I will cuz what the hell is Ugarte doing man, Mazza too 😢"
"3 weeks without Manchester United and when they comeback, they're doing what they are used to, self-sabotage. You cannot play this way. Obviously, that was a fool from Calvert Lewin on Yoro in the first goal"
"You can't blame the referee. United deservedly lost the first half and Martinez pulling the hair was correctly given a red card. But great fight back by United and on another luckier occasion, it would have been a draw. Great game!"

@MaxVaughan-tw5postill clapped ur cheeks 😂
@kensaro8608 It always amuses me how fools like you will be quick to say "cry" when the team you supports gets away with a clear foul. But if it was the other way around you'd need a towel to deal with your own tears
@havociniocry bud
You need to learn "spirit".
I agree, it's foul
Your man Yorro made no complaints.
"Clear foul anywhere on the pitch and 100% would be called if it went the other way"
"Clear foul anywhere on the pitch and 100% would be called if it went the other way"
We were atrocious regardless. I can get mad about bad reffing decisions too, but we were fucking dire. It could have been 1-0 in the first 3 minutes. 2-0 within 5.
Licha doesn’t clear a Japanese goal and it’s 3-0 at HT.
Fuck the refs, but the focus really needs to be on how bad we were.
But Roy Keane said it wasn't a foul! Nah, I mean, Roy Keane still judges these actions as it they were playing in the year 2000. In the modern game this is 100% a foul, except if its in the box during a corner, where there is a 50% chance it is called depending on how the stars align in that day.
That's the whole problem nowadays, absolutely no consistency, which is made even worse by the refs just protecting each other instead of actually trying to improve the game.
↳
Keane can go suck a fat nut, he's already said he doesn't support United.
↳
Embarrassing
↳
Surprised he hasn't gone full Expressions on Spurs being so shit but I guess that doesn't pay his cheques
↳
Nobody takes Keane serious. The man is a bitter sellout All these ex players trying to grab headlines are embarrassing
↳
Keane isn’t trying to grab headlines he’s literally paid to fucking talk
The ereds on here are too much
↳
its long since time we all stopped listening to anything keane says, he is just a bitter old has-been who wants to glorify how tough he used to be.
↳
Plastics going crazy on here
↳
It’s a foul in 2000 too.
"Yoro, Ugarte and Mazraoui off please."
"Yoro, Ugarte and Mazraoui off please."
Yoro is terrible.
It’s scary how bad our team becomes when we get even a few injuries. Get well soon Kobbie
Casemeiro off
Ugarte has been the best out of our midfielders ffs.
Absolutely. I rate Heaven above Yoro to start honestly. He did great under Amorim
But again, we haven’t won a single game Ugarte has started, so it’s just keeping up the trend
Easily Yoro's worst game so far. Shambolic
↳
The jury is still out on him for me. He seems to lose focus several times most games.
↳
Can’t remember the last good game he’s had
↳
Dementia?
↳
Call me crazy but Heaven has been better than him all season.
"Paul Tierney shouldn't be a ref any longer, especially in our matches."
"Paul Tierney shouldn't be a ref any longer, especially in our matches."
If you mistake it on live play it's not good.
If you call that red after VAR you need to go, unbelievable behavior.
↳
Yeah, VAR and PGMOL clearly have an agenda against us.
We played poorly and were second best defensively in the first half.
At the start of the match, the commentator took his name. I was like I know this name. This is going to be bad
I am not able to follow football as much as before, so if I remember a refs name... It's cause he is been shit before
Paul Tierney, Stuart Atwell and Craig Paulson. We need to create a list.
↳
Michael Oliver too
Mate, everyone has been bloody awful for us this season. It's getting fucking ludicrous.
You could say that about each and every ref and lineman in PGMOL. Incompetent pricks
↳
They're an old boys club. It's all about protecting themselves and keeping on the gravy train.
↳
There should be a mechanism where the teams can vote to ban officials from officiating. Self policing doesn't work
