How these roles work
Blamed (Causer)
Fans named this player as the direct cause of a negative outcome. Examples: "Maguire gave away the penalty", "Ten Hag's formation cost us". Scores are amplified when the causer is blamed clearly.
Sympathy (Victim)
This player was on the receiving end of something — a foul, a bad decision, being dropped, or let down by teammates. Fans feel for them rather than against them.
Credit (Beneficiary)
Fans gave this player clear credit for a positive outcome — a goal, an assist, a key moment. Includes players who enabled something good to happen. This is the co-winner of a match moment.

"Rumours from the club that Gordon isn't injured but was dropped. A fall out with Howe cos he wants a move to a big club."
The Geordies will try and convince you that the big 6 is manufactured by Sky and the premier league 😂
@_A7Xxalways one W ⚓️
@williamneailey6756yeah and it’s you 😂
@_A7Xxthe other 14 clubs in the league would agree about that not just Newcastle.
He’s not earning himself a big move to a better club the way he’s playing this season. I don’t see why a bigger club would buy him at the moment.
@_A7XxWell it is, that's why Spuds get lumped into it despite not winning the league since 61 and only winning three trophies since 1991.
Top 6 won't have him and everton won't have him back. Rest of the clubs in england are smaller than newcastle
@Ross-t2fdelusional once again 😱😱😱
He's not good enough, he has a massive ego, rarely celebrates when his team scores but goes absolutely wild when he scores. When Newcastle are off form he disappears completely so it's no surprise he's sulking now. Liverpool will probably buy him for £100m but other than that he's got very little chance of a transfer.
@Ross-t2f idk about that, Villa are certainly bigger and Everton probably are too.
"I genuinely think if we lose this he’ll be gone by Monday "
Would be daft to do so with 5 games left to play and not a zero chance of dropping into the relegation zone. You'd at least run it to the end of the season.
Not at all. There’s nothing to play for. Longer this goes on the more toxic it gets. Sack him and spend between now and the end of the season locking down the replacement.
Whose going to join mid season? It'll be a temporary replacement which will shake the team up further.
Let someone step in on a temporary basis. What’s the point of keeping him around when he’s clearly lost the players? They aren’t playing for him.
What makes you think he's clearly lost the players or are you going on vibes?
The players don’t give a shit. There’s no heart or belief. They aren’t playing for him. Iraola came out and announced he’s leaving at the end of the season, yet Bournemouth were better than us in all departments.
And you think they'd be playing for a temp replacement any better than they're playing now? I don't agree.
Yeah because it’s better to keep him around with all the toxic energy and let that fester in to the summer.
Again where's the proof there's toxic energy between the manager and players? There is no proof.
Yeah. Results speak for themself. The proof is the form table and the league table itself. You might want to also watch the manner of most of our defeats.
"Eddie is headed for the sack, and rightfully so, but I’m not having the general consensus that Woltemade should start over Osula. Osula is a real threat and deserves to play as our number 9 at the mom"
If you think our number 9 should be a player "in development" then you cant complain about us being a bottom half side mate
You’re exaggerating how long it would take him to kick on. He’s been in “development” for two years, barely getting a kick. All he needs is a bit of game time. This take also makes no sense because Woltemade isn’t the finished article either. He had a very good six months before joining us, and before that he was a fringe player, so he’s in a similar position as well.
Oscula is a player that would fit eddies system at the start. We need to evolve, you can’t do that with osula up top
This is such a dumb take. Osula was wanted by Frankfurt, who have an incredible record of signing top-level strikers, as well as Aston Villa. If he reaches his potential, he’ll be able to play for one of the top clubs in Europe. Just because he fits Howe’s system, who you want out, does not mean we shouldn’t keep him and play him. When he goes on to be great at another club, remember that you didn’t want to play him. I don’t want any revisionism like we’ve had with Elliot Anderson.
Elliot Anderson wasn’t sold for any other reason than psr, it’s not revisionism with Anderson it’s psr. Osula is decent, he’s fast, can be a bit tricky, you’re looking at tha and acting like he’s going to be the next Isak. We focus on players like him are physically great not technically great we will be in exact same position next time we’re in Europe. You need to play different so your players aren’t gassed if they have to play 2 games in a week. To take the next step you need to control games, Nick helps you do that, osula has scored recently a wonder goal I’ll be surprised if he ever manages to replicate and the 2nd was a well taken goal where he’s used his pace and took his chance. I’m not saying he’s shit he’s not, but regardless of which manager comes in we need a different style of play to be consistent and manage a busy fixture list. Nick allows that to be the case, osula is exactly the opposite, scary on the counter doesn’t offer much else.
Elliot Anderson was sold due to PSR because we pulled the plug on the Gordon move to Liverpool, a decision that most of the fanbase agreed with at the time, especially since he had just come off a good season. Your opinion on Osula shows your eye for talent ID. He is not just a pace merchant who is good on the break. Maybe he doesn’t become a top player, but there’s a reason scouts with top-level talent ID, who have produced many elite strikers in world football over the past few years, rate him highly. He was also close to being sold for £30 million after hardly kicking a ball for us, which tells you Frankfurts scouts clearly see a lot of potential in him. You know who else is tall, fast, and physical? Mbappé. He has been a top two striker in world football throughout his career and can play for any team. Before you jump the gun, I am not comparing the two, I am just pointing out how your profile description does not make sense. We can still transition to a more technical, possession-based system, something I want as well, where we dominate games with Osula playing significant minutes. You massively overrate Woltemade and underrate Osula because of the price paid for them. If Osula had come up in the Bundesliga scoring goals like Woltemade did, for only six months, mind you, I bet you would have a very different opinion. Woltemade might become a great player for us, and I agree Howe has failed him and should never have bought him given his lack of tactical flexibility. But you and many in our fanbase are wildly overrating Woltemade while underrating Osula, and it comes from a lazy footballing take, in my opinion. And by the way, you only described two of his goals. He also scored a tap-in that Woltemade would never have been in the position to score because he is not a true number 9. I hope we change managers and ideally bring in a statement appointment who plays good football, such as a Fàbregas. However, I doubt we have the pull for that, and the ownership does not fill me with confidence that they can get this right.
Exactly Elliot was sold for psr reason because he was our most saleable asset without affecting the staters, he was also pure profit by being an academy graduate. So like I said no revisionism there. Also obviously you forget mbappe is a winger not a striker, and like you say yeah he’s got he basic same physical attributes, but mbappe can control the ball properly, is way faster, makes better runs. On top of that he isn’t asked to do any physically taxing work because they let him be lazy because of how much better he is attacking compared to other players. Osula will be doing that taxing work. This overrating Nick when our only period of looking decent was with him up front is crazy, do you forget the goals he scored, the chip over Pickford and making it look easy. He’s not looking like a 9 because Eddie for some reason plays him as an 8. His finishing is leagues above osula, his close control is leagues above, his hold up play is leagues above, only thing he doesn’t have his pace. Does Harry Kane have pace? No, why? Because he plays in a possession based system where they keep control. Why would not play the best option for a system we need to move to. Stick osula on the wing sell gordan and I could see them playing amazing together. It then gives hall the ability to bomb on and keep the width. I could see that being great for us. But Nick is the better 9 unless we play a high press system, which we really need to move away from if we want to consistently get in Europe.
woltemade is surely a better player in general. he just can't show it with this clueless manager. I don't know if anyone can show anything with him at this point
2 goals in 2 starts. If they trained and set up for Wolt it might be different but Wolt in for Osula in our system does nothing for Wolt
It should never have been an either or problem. Both Nick and Will can start together in a two strikers formation. 4-3-3 isn’t the “be all, end all” when both RW are shits while both LW are selfish scorers.
"I reckon he's gone by Monday."
I'll take that bet. £10 to the SBR Foundation says he's not
I'll raise you a Gordon and Tonali
If we’ve competent people at the board level, then yes. They should’ve been reaching out and speaking to managers months ago. Need to be proactive
He won’t go before the end. Buckle up for 5 more losses
Clappers were singing Eddie Howes black and white mags all match for the millionth time. He won't be going anywhere until we are relegated.
It baffles me that people pay money, watch out horrendous away form for 18 months, which has now become our home form and still sing that like the evidence isn’t in front of their own eyes. Adidas would make a killing if they sold Howe FC merch
I hope he's gone by Monday.
I don't
Literally no point sacking him now, not getting relegated, no manager will come until they know where we are finishing, if that happens to be Europe then we'll keep Howe.
Not sure I follow this logic, Di Zerbi went into Spurs with a decent chance they could be relegated.
"Lacked shots on target, lacked goal threat and good moments until final third… all words from his mouth yet your fucking strikers were on the bench man fuck sake "
Yes because when Wolt/Wissa was starting up front we had so many attempts it was a mystery how we didn't score 4 every week
When they had players like Gordon and Elanga who were unable to cross or pass the ball and give them zero service cause system was shit and found out. Woltemade done class before he was thoroughly Howe’d with no service. He’s statistically our best finisher with Bruno
Before he was Howe'd? Explain what howe changed when he was doing well that 'Howe'd' him
Dropping him deeper and deeper, played him as a deep 6 and doubling down on a honking underperforming Gordon. Destroying the poor kids confidence in process
The sheer lack of respect for the man who made Joelinton, Burn, Murphy, Hall, Tino, Miley etc into the players they are is staggering
Without Wolte’s goals we would be getting relegated and Howe would already have been sacked. You’re off your meds again.
Yeah you're right, he's an unstoppable combination of Kane and Messi being held back by a manager who tells him not to go near the opponents goal. +
Since the cup win Eddie has completly lost the plot and this season is an utter disgrace but il bite. The man… His hand was forced with most of them. Joelinton in midfield was discovered by accident when Clark got a red card, burn has always been a solid player and playing for his boyhood club he would run through walls how dare you accredit burns love for the club with howe, hall wasn’t trusted over burn out of position at LB until burn got a injury he would never of got a chance otherwise so many called his 35m a waste don’t forget, Tino couldn’t get a game ahead of tripps going through personal crisis in personal life and divorce fucking up each week until again forced, miley needed a injury crisis to get a start with his own dad not long before wanting him out to develop because youth don’t get a chance at Newcastle.
... Joelinton in midfield wasn't an accident, yes he was asked to play there after a red card but he was played in that position from then on by a manager who supposedly 'never changes anything' according to some. Burn was a fringe squad player at lower-mid PL clubs until Howe brought him here, he since won his first caps for England, are you seriously suggesting Howe had nothing to do with this? Hall wasnt trusted until he'd been coached and learned how to defend (from who I wonder?) he had played for us previously at LB and been found out (notably against Dortmund in the CL) and was kept on even though we had an option on the loan but yeah probably only used as a desperate last resort by a clueless fraud amirite? Tino could and did get a game over Trips when he was fit and had the necessary experience, are you just making stuff up now? Miley the youngest to ever play for us in the CL at 17 was he likely to get in ahead of senior pros at any other club at that age barring an injury crisis? Miley who is now widely regarded as one of the brightest prospects in the league, are you seriously saying he has been mismanaged? Yes youth don't get a chance at Newcastle, except Miley obviously who has been trusted in multiple positions this season and Anderson who is now a full international having been sold against the managers wish for PSR, the rest don't get a chance, we obviously must have a team of Kevin de Bruynes being held back by this utter clown we have in charge, or maybe they just... aren't good enough?
Zero service lol I remember being down voted to fuck on here because I said we need to cross it to Wolt more and people were complaining that all we did was cross it and he was never there to get on the end of it!
