So I'm confused, why are you talking about a lifetime of anger? Things like our 1998 FA Cup winning team or seeing Lampard round the Bolton keeper in 2006 should live with you forever and probably mean more than any trophy in our recent history.
Since 2005 it's been easy streets for us, we've been spoiled, people forget what it was like. Two years prior to winning the league our only signing that summer was Kiki DeLucas. If we think things are bad now, we were truly fucked back then.
