Look at where his goals are scored from its hilarious. At the end of the day he has 15.3 xG which is massive, that is 50% higher than all the big 6's strikers except for haaland.

Any manager would know more than us. That doesn't mean they're a good manager, because it's still about making the right choices.

In terms of risk/reward I'm not sure he's someone we should consistently be picking, given the overall standard of the rest of our squad. He's going to thrill at times but his mistakes are often heart-in-mouth ones. I'd be delighted if he stayed and worked on his game to try to eliminate those types of errors as much as possible but from his personal view, he might be better off at a midtable club in Spain or Germany.
