Blamed (Causer)
Fans named this player as the direct cause of a negative outcome. Examples: "Maguire gave away the penalty", "Ten Hag's formation cost us". Scores are amplified when the causer is blamed clearly.
Sympathy (Victim)
This player was on the receiving end of something — a foul, a bad decision, being dropped, or let down by teammates. Fans feel for them rather than against them.
Credit (Beneficiary)
Fans gave this player clear credit for a positive outcome — a goal, an assist, a key moment. Includes players who enabled something good to happen. This is the co-winner of a match moment.

@Arsenal I think it is time we start talking about Bukayo. I mean, it is obvious that the lad is suffering from something mentally.....He chooses the wrong decisions and he easily can't beat his marker like before. Something is clearly wrong! I am buzzing with the win, but.....
@Arsenal I was actually confused about the way EZE reacted when he scored the goal, I thought the ball didn't go in, Eze is a cold guy wait, he is a weird guy 🤭
@Arsenal People hate to admit it, @Arsenal is actually executing the vision @ChelseaFC was promised, but while one thrives, 'Chelshit' is just sinking further into the abyss.

Eze's wondergoal was a thunderbolt - struck with full power and poise, like a proper rocket. No official shot speed out yet (halftime vibes), but from the replays and reactions, I'd rate the strength 9/10. Absolute stunner to put us 1-0 up vs Leverkusen. Keep it going, Gunners! ⚽💥
With a 2-0 UCL lead (3-1 agg) at the 63' at home vs Leverkusen, reduce tempo and control possession. It cuts transition risks from their quick counters, drains the clock, and lets Arsenal's midfield dictate without overexposing. Full press risks fatigue and openings late—possession-heavy management wins these ties more reliably per knockout trends.…
@AFTVMedia Forgive me if I’m being blasphemous but that goal reminded me of Henry’s volley against United
@leumashq @Arsenal @kaihavertz29 Kai Havertz has reached 100 appearances for Arsenal. That's the "tonne" they're celebrating in today's graphic ahead of the Leverkusen match. 👏
That’s what happens when there’s an inch of space he can actually utilize. Score early, make them attack, and our attack is lethal to score a second.
I have a feeling eze warming up his shooting boots will play a huge part in our success near the end of the season.
Seriously doubted Arteta when he went for him. “Too short”, I thought, “we’ve got Aaron”. How wrong I was.
◆ Algo-Amplified — Boosted Without Substance
1. WE’RE IN THE CL QUARTERFINALS AGAIN!
2. One of our best team performances this season — can’t think of anyone who was under 8/10 today, maybe Saka? But still probably 7.5
3. I feel like the weekend win had a big psychological impact for us — the players and fans all seemed a lot more relaxed.
4. Zubimendi looked a lot more positive too, and that…
CLOSE!!!!
Gyokeres crosses the ball inside but it's intercepted!!!
Reminds me more of the Henry volley against United.
Imagine hearing Ebere Eze is going to score a worldie in the CL last 16 a year ago 😭
What a performance from the lads.
• Take a bow Eze that’s got to be the best UCL goal by an Arsenal player this season.
• The attack looked electric — everything just clicked going forward.
• Bukayo Saka ran the show, pure class as always.
• Declan Rice… what a player. Absolute engine and control in midfield.
• City out. Chelsea out. Spurs next.
…
Fantastic effort from Gyokeres, one of his best games for us despite not scoring. Hope Eze is okay

Fan Narratives
Eze's Goal Signals Peak Form Arrival
Emerging
Fans are celebrating Eze's clinical finishing and X-factor ability to take on defenders in tight spaces, with many arguing his second-half performance proved how devastating he becomes when given the ball in the areas he thrives in. The discussion reveals a tactical insight — whilst Eze operates differently to Odegaard's deep-lying playmaking, he's absolutely unplayable when the team feeds him in positions where he can turn and drive at opponents.
Rapid-Fire Reaction to Ben's Crucial Miss
Fans are buzzing about a missed chance involving a player called Ben — possibly debating whether it was him or Sesko who should've been playing — whilst simultaneously losing their minds over how quickly the content creators at AFTV edited and posted the footage. The consensus is neutral because it's split between frustration at the miss itself and genuine admiration for the editing speed.
Arsenal Fans Celebrate Kit Design and Performance
Controversial
Arsenal supporters are enthusiastically backing the club's visual identity and recent performances, with particular praise for kit designs and playful banter directed at rival fans. The discussion reflects genuine optimism around the team's direction, though it's largely concentrated on aesthetic appreciation rather than detailed tactical analysis.
Arsenal Fans Hail Standout Player Performance
Emerging
Arsenal supporters are buzzing about an exceptional individual display, with debate centring on whether a particular player's brilliance represents a breakthrough moment or a missed opportunity from the club's management in prior seasons. The consensus leans positive, though some fans attribute the success partly to good fortune rather than pure quality.
Rice's Champions League masterclass divides the fanbase
Emerging
Fans are debating Declan Rice's standout performance against Real Madrid in European competition, with some hailing it as genuinely elite whilst others suggest he only performs at this level against top-tier opposition. The broader conversation hints at frustration with inconsistency—brilliance one week, invisibility the next—wrapped up in the kind of hyperbolic praise and mild criticism that defines modern football discourse.
Absolute Screamer Breaks Internet, Comparisons Fly
Controversial
Fans are absolutely losing it over a stunning goal—comparing it to some of the Premier League's most iconic strikes, with Arsenal supporters particularly buzzing about the quality of the finish and the circumstances around it. The broader chat reveals a weird subplot where everyone seems to have a go at Arsenal, though that's almost secondary to the sheer brilliance of what they've just witnessed on the pitch.
Arsenal Fans Clash Over Controversial Article
Fans are sharply divided over a provocative piece claiming Arsenal are negatively impacting football, with discussion descending into dismissive banter and competing takes on whether the criticism holds any weight. The conversation reveals the typical toxicity of social media discourse around the club, where substantive debate gets lost in trolling and personal attacks.
Arsenal Fans Celebrate Dominant Victory
Arsenal supporters are overwhelmingly delighted following the Gunners' convincing 2-0 win, with fans flooding social media expressing pure elation through enthusiastic reactions and messages of love for the club. The positivity across the fanbase reflects genuine satisfaction with a dominant performance that has lifted spirits amongst the Arsenal community.
Dominant First Half Display Leaves Fans Confident
Fans are buzzing after their side's commanding first-half performance in what appears to be a knockout tie, with particular praise for an Eze goal and the team's fluid attacking play, though they're urging the players to finish the job in the second half rather than let the opposition back into it.
Arsenal Fans Divided Over Controversial Match Moment
Emerging
Controversial
Arsenal supporters are fiercely polarised over a specific moment in the match—some are celebrating what appears to be a stunning goal or play, whilst others are expressing extreme frustration, suggesting the incident itself or a refereeing decision has sparked genuine controversy. The discussion cuts between euphoria and disgust, with fans taking opposing stances on whether Arsenal deserved praise or criticism for their performance.
Arsenal Fans Demand Clinical Finishing After Dominant Display
Emerging
Supporters are frustrated that Arsenal's dominant performance didn't translate into more goals, with fans pointing out the team created numerous high-quality chances but only converted a couple—sparking debate about expected goals metrics and whether the attacking performance warranted a bigger scoreline. There's palpable tension between those praising the creative dominance and others demanding more ruthless finishing to put matches beyond doubt.
Arsenal Fans Celebrate Goals and Defiantly Back Their Club
Controversial
Arsenal supporters are riding high on recent match performances, posting ecstatic reactions to goals and emphatic declarations of loyalty whilst dismissing critics and doubters. The discussion captures a fanbase that's buzzing with confidence, determined to prove everyone wrong, and absolutely loving what they're watching from their team right now.
Patience Pays Off as Player Finds His Role
Controversial
Fans are cautiously optimistic about a previously underperforming player finally adapting to his position and contributing meaningfully without relying on goals, though opinions remain divided on whether he's genuinely improving or simply being tactically misused. The consensus is that he possesses genuine talent and attacking threat—particularly against defensive teams—but needs more consistent ball involvement to truly flourish.
Gyokeres Returns to Settle Transfer Saga Score
Controversial
Fans are hyped for Gyokeres facing his former club Sporting, convinced he'll exact revenge for the club delaying his summer transfer and disrupting his pre-season preparation. The storyline has sparked debate about whether he'll deliver a statement performance or whether Sporting will have their own score to settle after his transfer demands.
Season Strategy and Cup Competition Prospects
Fans are debating their club's tactical approach this season—particularly a cautious, defensive strategy away from home paired with attacking intent at home—whilst discussing realistic cup competition prospects and potential opponents. The conversation mixes optimism about English clubs' chances in European competition with concerns about form and fixture scheduling.
Arsenal Secure Champions League Progression
Emerging
Arsenal fans are celebrating a crucial victory that sees them through to the next stage of the Champions League, with supporters emphasising their pride that Arsenal are the only English team still competing in the competition. The discourse centres on relief and vindication after years of disappointment, with particular praise for key players like Kai Havertz and the club's recruitment strategy.
Neutral Fans React to Stunning Late Goal
A largely neutral fanbase has erupted in shock and disbelief at a dramatic moment—most likely a crucial goal—with reactions ranging from genuine relief to pure astonishment. The near-universal exclamations suggest a turning point in the match that defied expectations, leaving even impartial observers momentarily caught up in the spectacle.
Arsenal Cruise Through European Tie Comfortably
Arsenal fans are celebrating a dominant aggregate victory (5-1) and discussing their pathway to the final, with some making light-hearted comparisons to previous European runs and joking about referee decisions favouring them. The discussion reveals confidence in the squad's ability to finish the job, though there's mild debate over preferred opponents in the next round.
Arsenal Fans Rally for Second Half Dominance
Arsenal supporters are energised and demanding their team capitalise on a strong first-half performance, with repeated calls to "finish the job" and secure victory. The overwhelmingly positive sentiment reflects confidence in the team's ability to close out the match decisively.
Havertz Hits Century as Arsenal Fans Rally Behind Him
Emerging
Arsenal supporters are celebrating Kai Havertz reaching 100 appearances for the club, with fans praising his growing importance to the team despite some questioning his playing time this season. The discussion reveals cautiously optimistic sentiment around the German midfielder's development and long-term role at the Emirates.
Saka's Performance Divides Arsenal Fan Opinion
Controversial
Arsenal supporters are split on Bukayo Saka's display, with some praising an improved showing whilst others criticise his decision-making and lack of involvement in build-up play. The broader consensus leans toward cautious optimism about the team's attacking depth beyond relying on the winger to carry them through matches.
Raya's Steady Display in Clean Sheet Victory
Fans are giving David Raya credit for a composed, dependable performance that included crucial saves when needed, though they acknowledge he wasn't heavily tested for most of the match. There's genuine appreciation for his consistency and match-winning contributions, with some debating whether his impact gets overlooked compared to other standout performers like Declan Rice.
Premier League Side Dominant But Frustrated By Goalkeeper
Emerging
Controversial
Fans are debating a dominant first-half performance where their team created multiple clear-cut chances but failed to convert, with particular frustration directed at the opposing goalkeeper's exceptional shot-stopping and occasional poor distribution. The consensus is that they're controlling the match and should be winning by a bigger margin, though some acknowledge their European opponents are defending reasonably well given the circumstances.
Tactical Debate Over Winger Selection and Performance
Controversial
Fans are split on whether Trossard should displace Martinelli on the left wing, with some arguing he offers more tactical flexibility against defensive teams whilst others defend Martinelli's quality and suggest alternative options like Noni Madueke for added unpredictability. The discussion reveals broader frustration with inconsistent attacking performances and uncertainty about the club's ideal left-sided setup going forward.
Arteta's Arsenal Navigate Knockout Redemption
Controversial
Arsenal fans are celebrating their manager's tactical acumen and squad depth as the team progresses through multiple cup competitions, whilst also reflecting on their initial doubts about certain player signings who've since proved their worth. The discussion captures a mix of gratitude for the club's ownership, optimism about the campaign trajectory, and vindication for Arteta's strategic decisions that previously drew criticism from sections of the fanbase.
Arsenal Dominant But Must Finish the Job
Controversial
Fans are celebrating an impressive first-half performance where Arsenal have completely controlled the tie, but there's anxiety about whether they'll capitalise on their dominance or revert to typical defensive struggles in the second half. The consensus is that the team has earned a commanding position—they deserve a second goal to kill the game off—but Arsenal's history of nervous finishes means no one's getting comfortable just yet.
Arsenal Fans Erupt Over Stunning Goal Moment
Arsenal supporters from across the globe are celebrating what appears to be an exceptional goal—likely from a player nicknamed Eze—with passionate reactions in multiple languages, creating a carnival of unbridled joy across social media despite the neutral overall sentiment suggesting mixed reactions in the broader discussion.
Rice And Eze Lead Midfield Masterclass Display
Fans are lavishing praise on Declan Rice and Cole Palmer's partnership in the engine room, with Rice delivering his typical commanding performance whilst Palmer orchestrated play beautifully alongside him. The discussion highlights exceptional collective midfield control, with several players earning plaudits for a dominant team performance, though some concern lingers about fringe players and injury-enforced absences at the back.
Absolutely Filth — That Strike Left Fans Speechless
Controversial
Fans across social media are collectively losing their minds over a genuinely stunning goal — we're talking world-class finishing that had supporters reaching for their strongest vocabulary to describe the sheer quality of the strike. The overwhelming consensus is that this is exactly the kind of individual brilliance needed to win major trophies, with supporters recognising it as the sort of moment that defines seasons.
Arsenal Fans Hail Trophy Glory and League Dominance
Arsenal supporters are riding high on optimism, with fans confidently predicting the club will win multiple trophies including the league title and Carabao Cup following impressive recent performances. The discussion reflects genuine belief in the team's current trajectory, though a handful of sceptics urge caution about potential late-season disappointments.
Arsenal Fans Rally Behind Season Hopes
Arsenal supporters are expressing fierce optimism and rallying cries of encouragement for their side, with repeated calls of "Let's go" and declarations that "it's our season" dominating the conversation. The overwhelmingly positive sentiment reflects genuine belief amongst the fanbase that this could be a successful campaign for the Gunners.
Arsenal Fans Celebrate Glockorez Champions League Performance
Arsenal supporters are buzzing about a standout display from Glockorez in the Champions League, with fans throwing around praise ranging from "playing out of his skin" to suggesting he's a Ballon d'Or contender. The vibe is celebratory rather than critical, though the conversation remains fairly light and fragmented across multiple posts.
Absolutely Thunderous Strike Leaves Fans Speechless
Controversial
Fans are going absolutely mental over a goal so perfectly struck that it's being compared to prime Thierry Henry at his most devastating — specifically reminiscing about his legendary performances against Manchester United and City. The shot was apparently so quick and cleanly executed that even the cameras struggled to catch it, with supporters united in their awe of the technical excellence on display.
Team Rediscovers Its Quality After Uninspired Spell
Emerging
Controversial
Fans are discussing a recent performance where the team finally showed glimpses of confident, attacking football after a prolonged period of boring, timid play — with several supporters crediting a young player's influence for reminding the squad they're capable of genuine quality. The mood is cautiously optimistic, though some remain sceptical and others are already focused on the upcoming cup final.
Arsenal Fans Rally Behind Growing Momentum
Arsenal supporters are expressing genuine optimism and backing for their team, with posts brimming with encouragement and belief as they head into upcoming fixtures. The positivity centres on confidence that this Arsenal squad is ready to compete and deliver results, particularly with fresh determination against top opposition like Gyökeres' side.
Player's Weather-Proof Form Sparks Cautious Optimism
Fans are celebrating a player's impressive recent performances across different conditions, with comments suggesting he's finally delivering on the pitch and maintaining consistency. However, underlying concerns about his availability and reliability temper the enthusiasm, with supporters hoping this form continues through to December.
Arsenal Fans Celebrate Brilliant Eze Performance
Arsenal supporters are going absolutely mental after a stunning goal, most likely from Bukayo Saka or another attacking player, with the fanbase united in celebrating what they're calling a masterclass finish. The overwhelming positivity and repeated "COYG" chants suggest this was a moment of pure quality that's got the whole support base buzzing.
Arsenal Create Chances But Can't Find Breakthrough
Fans are live-reacting to a match where Arsenal are generating multiple scoring opportunities through Saka, Gabriel, and Gyökeres, but the opposition keeper is making crucial saves to keep them at bay. The neutrality of the discussion reflects the frustration of chances coming and going without a goal to show for it, with the narrative shifting between hope and disappointment as each attempt unfolds.
Player Injury Scare Leaves Fans Cautiously Optimistic
Fans are debating whether a player's substitution during the match was a genuine injury concern or merely precautionary, with most leaning towards the latter after the player appeared in good spirits in post-match interviews. The consensus is hopeful but tinged with uncertainty, particularly given his subdued demeanour during the lap of honour.

X
"Declan Rice's curler from outside the box (right-footed, ~63') is mostly low-probability brilliance. League-wide, such shots convert at ~8-10% (xG ~0.07-0.10). Rice's career open-play distance goals are rare—under 5% of his shots. Arsenal's setup promotes midfield progression and space creation (team xG 1.17 vs 0.14 here), enabling the chance, but the precision curl off the post is elite individual skill, not daily structure. Great strike either way."

"With a 2-0 UCL lead (3-1 agg) at the 63' at home vs Leverkusen, reduce tempo and control possession. It cuts transition risks from their quick counters, drains the clock, and lets Arsenal's midfield dictate without overexposing. Full press risks fatigue and openings late—possession-heavy management wins these ties more reliably per knockout trends. Solid question!"

"didn’t look injured anyway"
"Wembley goal would be such a sweet thing."
"Indubitably.
Eze - Best offensive player. Was creating chance after chance along with Rice. Needs to work on defensive contributions a bit more. Though, it's much better than before. Also, shouldn't let confidence become overconfident and affect his decision making. Otherwise, was on FIRE today.
Zubi - Best controller today. Was setting and controlling the tempo with Rice so well. Got tired midway, which is understandable. Great to see Norgaard on and close the game.
Gyo - He has improved so much. Must be flowing river of sweat on the training ground, cause his Hold up and Link up has gotten so much better. Linijng up with Rice so well. And he is willing to improve it even further.
Rice was well Rice. Doing Rice things. You know the usual. "
"Brilliant save from Raya but he didn't have much to do apart from that. Their keeper had a better game "
"Another easy win for the Gunners "

100%. He was mint, didn't want to come off, but he has coming into groove at the right time. Many good performances tonight offensively and defensively.
He put in a shift defensively too. No matter what the noise from outside (or inside) the club he gives 100% every game.
> Perhaps the best game for him in an Arsenal shirt.
Hearing that more and more these days :3
Which makes it kinda depressing that he and Saka just do not get along on the field. They cannot combine simple and obvious plays.
Can we talk about how quick he is too? It’s just in the league all the teams playing us other than a few park the bus so you never see him in any space
His link up play has gotten so much better. Feels like everyone is finally starting to get comfortable. Finally playing the balls to him low and to feet.
It’s rarely pretty but he’s very efficient with his layoffs and dribbles. But, he’s garbage in the air. Avoiding high balls into him is key.
There was one late in the game where Hincapie was up the field, Leverkusen broke down Arsenal’s left and Declan Rice covered left back. Gyokeres sprinted back to support and provide 2v1 cover, forcing Leverkusen to play backwards. He’s grown so much since the start of the season to adapt to our play and work for the team. His hold up play tonight was top class!
Hold up play was immense. They could not handle him
Rightfully pissed to be taken off, man was running his socks off lol. Saka played the whole game howww lol

We got him half price
Genuinely. Before he scored and the ball was sent into the empty space on our left side all I could think was, "Who's getting this back to recycle it?" And who else? Rice just appears out of nowhere and drives up. Unreal in possession, in challenges, from set pieces, and even when he's finishing. After this and the Bournemouth performance a while back, I want him taking more shots

5-1 on aggregate, exactly what we beat real with last year, and each a ref card to the losing side. written in the starts that 🤣🤣
Preferred city to go through and play PSG..
↳
They would’ve played Bayern but honestly them being in shit form and totally demoralized might be more valuable than the fixture congestion from making the QF
With their 10 men running a few extra kms to boot
Id say a penalty shootout win for City would have been much better for us overall.
↳
With this they have low confidence though, which should help us at least in the short term
↳
a penalty shootout loss would have been a lot better
Only issue is they were so shit they got to rest all their key players lmao, hopefully the morale hit offsets it though. Hope we spank those dodgy cheating twats
↳
Their only in form player is Semenyo tbh
↳
30mins ain't gonna make that much of a difference to those City players. Besides we took Zubi and others off on '70.

I think your just looking for someone to be mad at here bud. He's not been 100% but he's had a couple of good chances and got the assist on the goal. Lets not scape goat people today when we are playing so well.
↳
You’re right he’s not at 100% hence my comment. He needs to get his head in the game and be at 100% and convert his chances into goals. Im not mad i just want my team to perform at 100% is that too much to ask for?
Bruh he nearly had two goals
↳
Do they count “nearly” toward the score now? He had good chances but it didnt convert, hence my comment.
↳
He’s fuckin’ on it. What are you smoking? Keeper had a great save.

Saka bro you’re not the guy this season atleast ! At the start of the season even if saka was not having a good game I’d get the feeling he’ll still produce something but since January I feel like whenever we go to saka he just kills the attack! What a downfall (hopefully he bounces back next season, which I’m sure he will)

We are a poor team releasing the ball on counters especially Rice. I know he scored but Rice, Eze and Gyokeres have been too late to release the ball on counters this game. It happens a lot. Idk, the ball travels faster than a person does. Release it quickly to the open space left or right, at a better time. Minor gripe when 2-0 up but it pisses me off.

great game but kinda embarrassed by the fans in the stadium, 7 minutes to go in a round of 16 CL game, half of the front seats are already empty....

View on Reddit ↗Yeah the rule where you can release the ball on the line. This happens about every game, but you’ll only bitch when it comes to Arsenal 😂 cry more pic.twitter.com/ZeMy33vHFG
